Rental Cars
UCF departments can now use Enterprise/National or Avis/Budget for vehicle rentals. Review the contract information for each below. For more information, contact the Travel Payables department at travelfa@ucf.edu.
Enterprise/National
The university entered into a new rental vehicle contract with Enterprise/National (effective April 1, 2021) to provide employees with discounted rentals.

When booking rental vehicles through Concur, the negotiated rates will be shown. If booking a rental vehicle outside of Concur, reservations should be made using either the Enterprise or National websites.
Avis/Budget
The State of Florida entered into a new rental vehicle contract with Avis/Budget (effective September 30, 2020) to provide state employees with discounted rentals. Please note that Enterprise/National rentals can also be used via the above contract.

When booking rental vehicles through Concur, the negotiated rates will be shown. If booking a rental vehicle outside of Concur, reservations should be made using either the Avis or Budget website. The appropriate discount code should be entered when making the reservation.
